Focus use the soft suspension than Citroen at Portugal
Has anyone noticed that in some corner the front suspension of Focus has the longer range than C4.And I think Focus use soft suspension setup than C4.Clearly that could be the reason of Marcus's tyre problem.
You can check it out in some clip when Focus jump and turn.
Sorry I could not capture some picture.

That was a thing that i also noticed. On Stadium SS the front suspension of the all Focus06 had a longer range than any other car.
Clearly the question of tyres durung the stages was more a question of ste-up and car than tyre choice.
You can notice on this video:

Focus is known to have longer range than any other WRC car, nothing new in there. Marcus simply made bad tyre choices on Saturday.

The suspension and the direction the wheels were pointing on jumps reminded me of a dakar buggy or a monster truck or something. It was something I noticed for the first time in testing pictures prior to Mexico.

Marcus said it himself that maybe he had too soft car and that was part of the reason he couldn't keep up with Loeb.

But as i saw, soft suspension had a big advantage on Cyprus bumps last year.
It's also lonng range so wheels dont touch road only in case of flying/aerobatics becomes more interesting when couple of guns atached to wings.
