Why should it be removed from the calender? When spectators throw snow on the road on in the Monte , none of you all come n here saying it should be removed from the calender.

Does anyone knows why on wrc.com Novikov is on 11th place and he recieved 10 minutes penalty from the stage winner on SS20? He missed just the SS20. I look on other site and he is on 8th place on general classification after SS20, and he recieved 5 minutes penalty on SS20 for not finishing the stage. There could be a mistake on wrc.com?
