Turbo engines explained
With all the talk about turbo engines this year, I thought it might be a good idea to understand some of the technical differences between these and the S2000 'normally aspirated' units.
With the help of Mountune boss, David Mountain, I put together a 'layman's guide' to turbo engines and how they work - hopefully it helps with understanding where the differences come from...

are all the engines based on manufacturers own engines ie focuses on ford engines, civics on honda engines, vectras on vauxhall engines etc.

Hi focusfan,
The base engine has to be from within the manufacturer's range (or group, in the case of VW, SEAT, Audi for example).

so what base engine does the toca supplied engine use? Matt. also i presume S2000 engines are 2.0L, what cc are turbo engines?
