Rally Ireland started off as a new event in 2005 - no reference then to Circuit of Ireland. I think Rally Russia will be a continuation of Vyborg - but maybe one of the Russian members can confirm that if any of them hops over from the European forum. I think Jorge can confirm or deny my statement on Portugal

Here a text I've found on Wikipédia. It says more or less this :
'Never copy for Wikipédia material of other sources except if it's material of public domain or if you have the authorization of the author. The motiv is simpe : copyright are protected by legislation adopted by all countries and if the author feels 'hungry' (not that word) he could process Wikipédia wich can bring to this project serious problems.
Anyway what is protected by copyright laws is the artistic expression or formal of the information and not the information itself. What this means is that you could use the information obtained in other sources once you express it by your own words. Which means : you cannot copy the texts but you could re-use the informations that are in it "
