Well, unfortunately it's looking like I'm going to be out of commission indefinitely. I've had issues with my video card running hot for a while, but now that the weather is warming up I can't get the ambient room temp down enough to keep the card cool. A minute or two of just about any game is enough to bring it all crashing down.
Until I can afford to revamp the cooling I'm pretty much done with games of any type.
