Marlboro.......well that would be a surprise, I know they back Ferrari and Ducati - but a WRC team?

Is there a better sound than that of Porsche engined Flat-6 ???

    Mitsubishi, 1999-2002?

I always think Makinen is going to be of some sort of value for a possible Subaru comeback in the future. Maybe these are the first rough sketches.

I think the WRC promoters need to get their priorities right.

That was before sigarets became illegal to promote. So what use will it be to sponsor a car/team and not be able to show their logo?
    R.I.P. all WRC heroes

Autosport.com reports that Rally Acropolis is now set to retain a slot in the WRC 2011.

Good to hear, Acropolis definitely should have its place in the calendar.

LOL, that's funny. Still, if there is no live stages this is far more exciting than watching splits (these are exciting already!).
Post your own splits on the net: find RallyStopwatch on the Google Play Store.
Follow posted splits on twitter with #RallySplits hashtag.

Good point, this was an issue a couple of years ago for Peugeot when they were being backed by Marlboro. Rumors at the time were that the Marlboro brand would have been replaced by something else in the Philip Morrris group such as Toblerone. Could we see Toblerone Tommi Makinen Subarus in the future?

Sure, but it's still quite lame compared to Live footage. Well, I might be wrong as well...
