There's going to be some more house cleaning take place first before replacements are named which in the long run 'should' be beneficial to the series.

I'm pretty confident the IMS management is not cutting budgets because it's fun.
I only have media reports to back my views. Do you have something else?Don't waste your time having a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent

You seem to believe IMS is hanging on by a thread. I am saying that the Indianapolis 500 is extremely profitable; the Brickyard 400 is profitable. The US F1 was a tremendous failure and has been eliminated. The MOTO GP has not shown any promise of future success and probably should be dropped unless additional funding can bring it to profitability. The IndyCar series has been a tremendous drain on resources but it has also been responsible for more than two thirds of the entries of their extremely profitable event. In order to continue funding the IRL at necessary levels, other cutbacks needed to occur. That is being done. There is no fire sale, no going out of business sale.
Belskus just created a new C level position, a chief information officer. That's not a fun, racy position, but also not something you do when you are cutting to the bare bones. I think you will see a more managed approach to the way they do business and some perks that some grew to expect will also disappear.
Really good perfomance fra Oliver, top class! Shame for Paddon, really bad for Francechi too! Larsen in 4th place is a nice comeback from last years crash! His codriver had only 12 rallies...
