Seat Belt Regs
I'm fairly sure that Vettel had undone his belts during the slowing down lap yesterday. Now given Loeb's penalty in the WRC I was wondering if F1 had similar rules stopping you from releasing the harness until the car has stopped?

All I can find in the regs is
14.4 Safety belts :
It is mandatory to wear two shoulder straps, one abdominal strap and two straps between the legs. These
straps must be securely fixed to the car and must comply with FIA standard 8853/98.Please 'like' our facebook page http://www.facebook.com/motorsportforums

Fisi complied with the regs in 1997. He had both hands securely on the intake box
