Is this really a possibility? I mean, arenīt the WRC teams forbidden to test outside the FIA selected countries? I think Portugal doesnīt make part of this list, but I donīt know if my knowledge about this is right! So, it would be great if anyone could clear this doubt!
Obviously I hope itīs true!

13.2.2 For Manufacturers or Manufacturer teams
registered in the Championship, testing is permitted:
a) On a testing site proposed by the
Manufacturer or Manufacturer team and notified to
the FIA
b) In France, Great Britain and N.Ireland,
Spain, Italy and the Czech Republic.
c) For a maximum of four days per calendar
year in Finland, Greece and Germany and either
Sweden or Norway.
d) In the case of a Manufacturer, for a
maximum of 13 sessions (a session shall comprise
consecutive days). However, the total number of days
shall not exceed 48 in any calendar year. This clause
does not apply to testing as stated in clause a).
Subaru is not allowed to test in Portugal... How could it be possible?
