    I figure if the guy can't use google, then his chances of actually getting to the rally are slim.

    But, if he is still around, the best winter rally in the world outside of Europe is happening in six days in Maniwaki, Quebec.

    He could also go to www.casc.on which is the Ont. ASN affiliate region site. There is a calendar of events and a listing of clubs some of which are rally clubs. In their forum section they have a rally specific forum.
