The only cautions I found very funny was the first too. and if you don't think Nascar wants Hendrick up front.

First "mysterious" debris caution happened about 6 laps after Jimmie Johnson's bad green flag pitstop

second "mysterious" debris caution happened when Jeff Gordon lost the draft in the second group and they said they were having problems.

Nice win for Newman & Co. Congrats to the #12 team.

I wasn't too sure about Robby's last minute move to Dodge but I think it worked out pretty well. A top ten finish wasn't too shabby for the #7 team.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned anything in the post race interview.

Like muggle not said, Kyle went way too far.

HAHA. There were some pretty good saves made today.

I am honestly surprised nobody tried to take Jr. out today. He definitely raced a little too rough and pissed a lot of people off.

At one point the race looked like an old 70's Daytona 500.
The cars were all spread out, yet there was still alot of no-help passing going on.
    Great race.

I thought Smoke had it won until I saw those two Penske cars and crapload of other Dodges that came out of nowhere hook and I knew right then he was screwed if Kyle didn't get back up front.

I pointed them both out when they happened in SpeedTV Forums race thread.

Funny how those two almost always benefit from "debris cautions" (well except for Jeffy. No debris caution was gonna fix his suspension )

Sorry Dawg, I have to disagree. Considering it was the first Daytona 500 with the COT, I thought the race was very interesting indeed.

I certainly didn't miss the lack of 'The Big One' and I thought it was very interesting how many close calls we had rather than wrecks.

Strategy and teamwork are going to be very important this year methinks...

I think we are in for a great years' racing and it will be fascinating to see who comes out on top.

I certainly didn't predict a Penske 1-2! But I'm very pleased for Ryan, he deserves some good fortune.
