    Atko certainly for top 5 anyway. He has matured a good bit this season.

    I agree with that comment.. I think also the subaru tends to do a little better on the tar (in it's current form) ? and he was 8min 33 off the pace in germany at SS15.

    And he lost 8 min at SS2. so really he was very much on the pace of the top 3...

    I don't know what is UTC. In the official rally website you can find the weather predictions for the rally.
