I think Evans-in-a-Toyota is the same speed as Neuville-in-a-Hyundai when driving at the same risk level, but everybody thinks of Neuville as faster because he almost always pushes harder. So Neuville goes slightly faster on a successful stage, but he is more likely to get a spin or puncture or whatever. And we don't know who played it right until the end of the season.
