Rally Croatia 2022
Looking at the possibility of going out to a watch Rally Croatia in April. Any tips from people who managed to go last year? Thanks

I was there last year. Traveling was very limited at the time, with many countries having their borders basically shut. There were a ton of spectators, while very few from abroad. When we left from SS1 to another, last year, the line of cars was over 7kms long.
What I can say: if the entry is for free again, you might see the biggest spectator chaos in history of modern rallying. Most stages don't have many ways of access. There's not much recommendations or tips to give right now. I'm waiting for the itinerary as well. I comparison to last year think it might change a lot for better safety management, maybe less stages near Karlovac.

Tickets will go on sale soon. There will be some changes from last year. The Shakedown stage will be different.Power stage Kumrovec remains the same. Private vehicles will not be allowed to come to Kumrovec due to traffic jams. Spectator transport will be organized by buses.
New stages near city of Rijeka and Varaždin.
Possible new stage near of Rijeka (Platak)

It's still only a bit more than two months until the rally, the route should be published soon? They already put out the RG1 with no itinerary unlike most rallies.

Basically most stages carry over from 2021. Two stages from 2021 Friday moved to Saturday, three stages from 2021 Saturday moved to Friday. Same power stage, new opening Sunday stage. New stage on Saturday to replace the one where Rovanperä crashed. New shakedown. Length is a bit less than last year.
