What is it supposed to be? Some crazy new way of publishing the entry list? One driver per hour?

A friend corrected my information. Based on the following document it is possible to use some selected cars up to 4 years after the end of homologation in FIA events except WRC ones but only when they have new safety fuel tank (Evo IX, N12 among them). I was told that it's very expensive and therefore most of the cars won't appear in FIA events regardless.

EDIT: According to latest unconfirmed info the fuel tanks are mandatory starting from 2018 and therefore the Evo IXs shall be eligible this year.Last edited by Mirek; 16th March 2017 at 12:14.
