Well. There you go. Quite what the FA and their coaches & organisation does from here... is anyone's guess. Playing for their clubs they would have all played so much better. Play Tottenham v Iceland and Spurs would win that. Yet their players couldnt trap a ball in this game.

I almost turned off the TV after Rooney's goal, was pretty tired too. Lucky I didn't. Amazing game by Iceland. If english players displayed 10% of the desire and sacrifice that Iceland players do, they would have won this. But really, an all-time shock in football.
