For me, it was Williams for not being able to time or execute pitstops, and allowing other cars (with more capable crews and management) to undercut them on stops... over and over and over again.

Kimi's car after a malfunction at the start, it showed its power advantage to those ahead. Good drive though, but I think it is also the car!

Sad to see Williams pit crew/strategy these-days - what with the stupidity of fitting different tyres in the last race and poor strategy/execution of pit-stops here in Italy.
