Tänak last year on Barum rally wasn't very impressive. Even considering his tyre disadvantage. He was just driving strange lines and too flamboyant.

ŠKoda changed asphalt rims...



There were continuous rumors that they were not happy with the previous rims because those were said to be prone to punctures (and it's true that especially Kopecký had a lot of punctures usually wihtout really hitting something). It looks like the rumors may have been true.

So what rims were they and what are on the car now ?

its understandable... but i think he should not even go there, he should only compete in events when his bio cycle allows it.

I have never seen any competetive potential in Bertelli, but unlike you, the rally fans who actually make the effort and go to see rallies live, you know make the plans, travel and then spectate, we tend to wait on stages when Bertelli is coming because pretty much always he gives a show. If you want to see only the winner, in rallying Ogier's pre-event tests is something I would recommend.

i think he took these strange lines because of the tires, dmack's tarmac tires are real crap, gravel ones are good. In german test videos Tänak looks quite smooth and in Monte Carlo before the crash he was 4th in overall which isnt bad considering it was only his 2nd Monte. We will get the answers in the upcoming days
