About six or seven years ago a friend taught me in another friend's welding company. I made Christmas 'cards' with stick and sent them out. There's one still hanging about in the pub, I think.

Then I went for the NVQ and the idiot tutor had me messing with bits of skinny wire as he thought I wanted to fix jewellery. After a brief discussion I was taken to my spiritual home, the Big MIG Room. The rest is history.
