My brother and I are interested in making some Carbon Fibre and Kevlar parts for his rallycar... ranging from C/F bonnet, boot, dash, bumpers, wing mirrors etc to Kevlar arch protectors, underbody protectors and sumpguards.

I've managed to find a lot of useful info on the net... but looking for more. If anyone has 1st hand experience or knows of any more good sites on both subjects I'd be greatfull for more info.

Areas we need advice/info on are...

1. Suitable pump.. and the required pump spec for vacuum bagging.

2. How auto claves within the CF industry work and their advantages over the far cheaper vacuum bag curing process.

3. Any Kevlar and C/F guidelines on use within the FIA regulations.

4. What Kevlar, /C/F parts are currently being used by the current WRC teams and previously in Grp B (nearly anything/everything I suspect)

Thanks in advance..
