    Had an embarassing test on Monte stage 17 (Sweden SS7 mirrored with wet tarmacs):

    6 seconds off last years time

    Got some work to do

    I was up for some testing today aswell, but my, errm... lets say there was a crack in the windscreen reflecting the light in such a bad way that nothing could be seen. I thus have to fix a new windscreen... Hmm...
    I hope the other half of Curtans RallyBase Motorsport is doing better

    was out testing my Fabia on the italian roads today... must say i am pleased with the car that the team got up but my driving can be improved alot! Looking forward to the Monte Carlo rally!

    OOPs Monte, forgot to get testing...What's everyone using? tarmac on snow? Dirt tyres on snow? does it matter which stage I use?

    Think we are limited to wet tarmac only on sweden stages for the monte. Free choice on the italy stages

    Monte uses mirrored italy and sweden stages

    I've been testing in France. Since adopting a new set-up I've been improving significantly on my stage times on tarmac. However the Monte Carlo roads are slightly trickier and I haven't done any snow testing for several months, so don't expect too much of me...

    By the way, because my membership of the Yahoo Group hasn't been approved yet I cannot read the rules of the competition. Are there any testing bans in place?
