CMR2 BRC Pre-season shootout

CMR2 BRC Pre-season shootout - Sunday March 16th
Proudly sponsored by the CMR2 Rally Magazine

This is a knock-out sprint race in the vein of the Race Of Champions.
The track used is the same superstage used in the first real round of the CMR2 BRC, namely the Pirelli International Rally (Greece SSS).

Competitors will go head-to-head, the one with the best time will progress, the slowest wont.

This rally will not count as points in the BRC, so this is only for fun, and also
a nice opportunity to show off that car you have been working on in the garage during the off-season.

All you have to do to compete is to do the SSS stage of Greece 5 times, submit those times to me (see timecard below), by PM or by e-mail (jokumlarsen@gmail.com) then I will match all times randomly, earning all a fair race!

Rules:
Deadline is thuesday 18th at 11.59 PM - no extentions will be given.
No Group B cars.
Practice is free, but once you start your 5 attempts, there is no starting over.
Depending on the amount of entries there might be more or less competitors making it trough as the head-to-head rounds progress.

Screenshots:
If this race successfull it will be featured in a coming issue of the CMR2 Rally Magazine, meaning that selective comments posted in this forum will end up in the magazine, and so will screenshots if you mail some to me (jokumlarsen@gmail.com) all screenshots must be at least 800x600 pixels and preferrably uncompressed.

Two Basses Ford Team Europe arrives at the BRC pre-season shootout!

The team has arrived at the race venue today, set up camp, and has started testing for the race this coming sunday.


JTLarsen has been confirmed to do a full BRC season, and is proud to present his new sponsor for the first couple of BRC events: Red Devil!

NOR will most likely only do selected BRC events (including the shootout) as he has strong commitments doing the full Czech CMR2 season too.
