Im still following the digitalspy forum on this subject and a rumor has just appeared about nascar being shown on sky channel 190.....

wow- what a load of crap

I don't mind if they show them delayed coverage- but they jump forward 50 plus laps to a restart- and well- what happened to cause the caution in the first place?

unless they start showing fuller highlights that's it for me and NASCAR- I'm not watching webstream on a 22" PC monitor- it was fun while it lasted though

Until it appears on our screens I'd be very wary of anything this guy says. When he was 'involved' in ASCAR he was renowned for being all talk and no action.

Yeah I'm fully aware of his reputation (or lack of it) and maybe in my blind happiness that something positive may be happening about coverage in the UK I got a bit carried away. But I will give him this one last chance to redeem himself by at least a small amount, if this turns out to be BS then many including myself will never believe anything he says again, it's not as if many do now anyway.

Oh dear, and there was I, like many of us hoping we were getting it. I had even convinced my better half that we needed a Sky Free-ish sat system. - just as well I didn't go out and buy it before finding out the source of this latest possiblity. Oh well, I'm stuck with the dreadful highlights package on a Monday then. I don't have a PC at home and I have Virgin TV.

I hope the highlights package is better than it was last week - JPM was running 2nd, then he was near the back, then he wasn't on the track at all, saw hom chatting to KK, then we get a recap and his engine had blown. ARGH!

Well it looks like its definatly on. I just seen on my Sky epg 7.00pm sunday night LIVE NASCAR SPRINT CUP, channel 190.
So happy i can hardly speak, big thankyou to all people who have made this happen.
