    Which Ducati

I was happening to be casually in Ducati garage and found this two different Ducati. We've been getting familiar with Ducati corse, does the last picture also refer to the same Ducati?

Yes, that is an old Ducati logo. They changed to the current block lettered logo with the circle emblem in the late 90's or early 2000's I think.

Ducati also used the prancing horse as their logo in the 50s same logo as Ferrari

you can't really trademark a prancing horse, Stuttgart's coat of arms is a prancing horse and Porsche being from Stuttgart also has a prancing horse on its logo.

The horse is a tribute to Francesco Baracca an Italian WWI pilot, Fabio Taglioni used it because he was from the same town as Baracca, Enzo Ferrari started using the prancing horse after Baracca's mother asked him. Ducati stopped using it after an agreement between the two companies.

True, Any other brands may use prancing horse as long as it didn't straightly plagiarize Ferrari.
Fiat, Ferrari and Abarth have their good choice of the logo.

However, We get acquainted the prancing horse of a baverage
