I have no idea of the driver, but the yellow stripe near the cockpit gave me the idea:

The driver here is Naoki Hattori at Suzuka in 1997, but the one in the photo I have no idea...Cuando el grajo vuela bajo hace un frío del carajo

cant remember the driver although the name Neve Campbell comes to mind (but then it often does, lol)
