I was commenting on current F1 teams. If we take the past into account, then yes, Minardi and Stodgy would win.

Starting at the from the front is already a massive advantage and especially at somewhere like Monaco or Hungaroring where passing is difficult at the best of times.

Monaco 2006: Michael Schumacher from 22nd to 5th in 78 laps.
Hungary 2006: Fernando Alonso from 15th to 1st in 17 laps.
