No, in Ypres there were Jerome Toquet. And it looks that their disqualification was a mistake...

Come on. That is not true. Some Bulgaria drivers just don't like the fact that he is beating them in every single rally for the past couple of years. Besides that, I think his car was checked in every event from the European championship so far, even in Ypres after disqualifying the two Evo 9s, I think they checked his car again 5 hours after the finish of the rally. No, he is going to be there. He decided to go to Rally Vinho Madeira after Ypres. At the same time there is a rally in Bulgaria, but probably now he won't have problems winning the Bulgarian championship, so he decided to miss the Bulgarian rally and go to Madeira for some more points for the European Championship. It was on qualifying stage, he rolled the car and it was said that he won't be able to start the rally. But team managed to repair the car and he did start and dominated drivers like Rossel, Gryazin...
