    bank sponsorship

    hi

    I'm making a research, and I hope you will help me

    I need photos or names from teams/cars/drivers with sponsorship or support of credit banks and banking services.

    I will be better if them are in WRC, but I will welcome other disciplines, as rallycross.

    For example I have Dani Sordo's last year car, with Santander (spanish bank) in his car

    OKO-Bank was a sponsor for 1000 Lakes Rally in 1980's, Allianz sponsored Skoda team in early this decade, Lombard sponsored RAC rally in 1970's. Others don't come to mind right now.

    Toni Gardemeister sponsored by PIKAVIPPI.FI, they are giving quick loans by SMS I think. Juuso Pykälistö had sponsorship from EVLI, a private bank.

    Juha Kankkunen had a year or two sponsorship from FIM, another finnish broker/bank (now has been sold to Iceland) but that was small personal sponsor, evident in his breast pocket only. Tapio Laukkanen had FIM-sponsored car in 2001 during his two outings with Ford.

    German driver Armin Kremer (does anybody remember him?) had a sponsorship from Norisbank when he was fighting (and winning) in 2001 European Rally Championship.
