Teams, drivers and contracts
A lot of questions about this subject and a lot of wrong info going around so I will make a short list of how long teams have commited to WRC and how long contracts drivers have with their current teams.
Citreon(commited to WRC untill the end of 2009)
Loeb(contract ends at the end of 2009)
Sordo(Citreon has a long term option on him I think they will review it every year)
Ford(commited to WRC untill the end of 2008)
Grönholm(contract ends at the end of 2007)
Hirvonen(contract ends at the end of 2008)
Subaru(commited to WRC long term)
P. Solberg(contract ends at the end of 2009)
Atkinson(contract ends at the end of 2007)
Pons(contract ends at the end of 2008)
Stobart Ford(commited to WRC untill the end of 2008)
Latvala(contract ends at the end of 2007)(Ford has an option on him)
H. Solberg(contract ends at the end of 2008)
Wilson(contract ends at the end of 2008)
Kronos(commited to WRC untill the end of 2007)
Stohl(contract ends at the end of 2007)
Munchis(No long term commitment)

I think he means commited atleast until the end of 2009.

Interesting over the next few years then. ISC contract ends in 2009/2010.
The FIA need to get things sorted out quickly to keep the whole thing from falling apart!
