3.3.2 For the World Rally Championships for Manufacturers,
for Drivers and for Co-Drivers, additional points as per the
following scale will be awarded according to an accumulated
general classification of Sunday only, comprising the part
from the first time control after the overnight regroup up to
and including the final time control of the competition element
of the rally (with all time penalties accrued in this part of the
competition).

So penalty add from 1st sunday stage to overall clasification, but not counted for supersunday as tc13c is saturday tc

I mean technically penalties are in a separate part of overall, not added to a stage time, so penalty from last night will only affect points for Thursday-Saturday.

Emm, no.. we have some reg clash here. If Tanak was faster than Serderidis after Saturday, get 2pts for P9 and got penalty at tc13c it will add 'after ss14' at Sunday. Not affect saturday overall and not affect supersunday��

Yes it’s the most unlike Safari stage they have, pretty rubbish for the power stage.
The better one would be Oserengoni but spectator access would be difficult.
