He did not have "too huge" time loss at this stage but lost one extra tool (soft tire) for the next stages, so potentially it produces further time loss.

edit: Neuville said, that it will not affect the day.

Neuville rear-left off the rim at the stage end. When comparing splits, lost ~9sec to Evans.

edit: I got confused by camera-position, it was front right.
