How do people watch that and say there's too many/no need for tarmac rallies? Crazy.

I see the problem this year with Latvia and Poland. There should be at least one tarmac event. We are missing one mixed surface too. Don't know why Italians don't rather bring rally back to San Remo.

I quite understand the need for safety briefings but the threats and it's how it's being communicated that seems to me extremely heavy-handed.
