    Don't forget it's only his third time here in Mexico, and his second in a WRC, also last time out the event was cut short, so he's still lacking experience, I'm guessing in Chile it won't be as noticeable as all the crews have been there once before.

    according ewrc-results.com Tanak is at 4min from Solberg which is on 10 . He need one or 2 retirements from top 10.

    Very weird nominal times for the other classes on ss12 and ss13. 5 minutes on one and then 1.53 on other but if that’s true then yeah Tänak is up to 14th and 4 minutes from Solberg

    They have updated the times also on wrc site and indeed Tänak up to 13th and 4 minutes from Solberg

    If usually Greensmith lost 2s/km, now they got nominal times around 5s/km. Really helpful for Tänak.

    But if we take Tänak overall position out of that game, then it makes sense - all Rally2 cars are mostly fighting with each other and it does not change the game. Only takes away opportunities to gain (or loose) time.

    More precisely he had philosophy that he lacked the flow which he has when he is in pushing rhythm.
