There seems to be no control of the spectators. They announced that tickets for spectators are not for sale and some other instructions to keep social distances etc., but at the same time allowed everyone to go to the stages. It´s not very dangerous, when you are outside, but some rules should be observe at the WRC level! The other thing I noticed that the people are not using the masks at all...

You can't control the entire area, people will get there and you can't really stop them. Also, Croatia has very liberal measures, wearing mask was never mandatory in open area, only social distance.
