How to fix...
Every time I have posted in a thread, it says I've subscribed to it
I don't want this to happen and to receive millions of e-mails.

No idea, I can't even find the button to subscribe to a thread manually!
Edit, upon looking in my user CP this is ahppening to me too. Perhaps its default, or a feature of your user CP?

It's in the user CP. Under options.
Rule 1 of the forum, always accuse anyone who disagrees with you of bias.I would say that though.
