[ERC][BRC] 2007 Ypres Westhoek Rally
With a lot of luck I can tell you that the first tarmac round of the IRC will be in my homecountry Belgium. It is held 21-24 june 2007 and also counts for the European Rally Championship and the Belgian Championship.
There should be at least 12 S2000 cars at the start and also a lot of S1600, other N4 and some R3 cars too!
I'm really looking forward to this event, to enough days off from work so I could also go to shakedown...
This thread is to talk about this event!!!Post your own splits on the net: find RallyStopwatch on the Google Play Store.

I'm not sure that they should send Scandola again to anywhere. He hasn't got the pace comparing to Navarra while Alen outpaced him in Turkey...

Scandola will be back in Ypres this year !
I was during 2 days with Peugeot-sport for testing in north of France (just near my home). Panizzi and Vouilloz were here to test 207 S2000 . There will be at least 5 207. (Garcia-Ojeda, Vouilloz, J.Toth, Rossetti, Casier) and maybe Panizzi. Urmo Aava will be there before Deutschland with his Swift S1600, Jean-Joseph with teh C2, Luca Betti and Dani Sola with the new Civic R3 and plenty of Fiat Punto S2000...vive le bleine, le Corobin ... et vive Kemmelberg

Incredible and very interesting that Rossetti will be there too
What about Marco Cavigioli who enters Rali da Madeira(3rd IRC Round) with a 207 S2000 ??
I hope Alessandro Perico will be there too, unless Panizzi uses his car(from Enfolras)...
If Panizzi comes he's my absolute favourite for the win despite experienced belgian drivers(Loix, Casier, Tsjoen) :

Nice to hear Rosetti comes too, he is not the top, but almost...
I just hope Panizzi will come to, we have seen WRC drivers going into a ditch on the first stage before...Post your own splits on the net: find RallyStopwatch on the Google Play Store.

Yes, it's typical for Ypres. WRC drivers end in the ditch and IRC drivers fall in the pond

New update of entrylist today !!!
Both Bernd Casier and Marco Cavigioli have been added on 207 S2000
Wet conditions. Portuguese Autosport brought something to the table... the WRC2 crews are using a WRC spec tyre that is harder than the spec Meeke and other CPR runners are using.
