Judging from the pictures it's far from totalled. Rollcage damage is of course impossible to tell without closer look, but car seems relatively ok. It only looks dramatic as it's such a drop from the road.

Exactly.. None of the drivetrain or chassis components can be reused.

Umm, worse looking cars have been restored and it is a test car afterall. Apart from front left the chassis looks pretty much ok, even wheels are almost straight. Some new bits and pulling and goes again.

(That ofc is just my opinion, based on a picture and after seeing and working with some crashed road and purpose-built cars, but it is as good as saying "totaled" after seeing a picture.)
