Don't rely on lake option too much. There are a thousand lakes in deed but it's difficult access to them because of two reasons - 1)private property; 2) in most cases shores are very swampy.
But still you can find public swimming places around Jämsä (at least we managed it). Two of them:

what about ABC stops? Many of them have showers available, how much does it costs?

Särkijärvi in Jämsä is a good place too to go for a swim. Easy to park and they have sort of dressing rooms outdoors. They have a sauna too, but I'm not sure whether it's open on summer time.
