    Sometimes the flipside of the sweeping for early cars is reduced tyre wear from lower grip, and later cars can get more wear from having more bare rock underneath.

    At least one of the rocks was there when Neuville went through. He passed to the inside of it (and maybe dislodged some other rocks?).
