And here's another Brit who has succeeded after years of battle... ERC Jnr Champion Chris Ingram has now won Rally GB in the R2 Class.

Such a great achievement for M-Sport as a team of technicians;
for Malcolm for spotting the opportunity and spilling the cash and all other effort;
for Ogier for bravely jumping for the challenge with a risk of humiliation for life;
for Tanak who contributed a lot technically and points-wise;
for Neuville for being the fastest in most of the rallies and nearly becoming a champion ALONE (he can still theoretically complete the season just two points behind the champion).

Sorry to say this, but it’s not a win for ford, it’s a win for M-Sport. Ford had the option of buying into this and they said no.
M-Sport use a ford car and of course ford do assist in certain ways, but this is not a ford victory, it is an M-Sport one and they deserve the credit.

M-Sport/ Ford have been testing using a 'simulator' in the USA. They say its helped improve the Puma Rally1 car, especially for tarmac. Does anyone know what this simulator could be like ? Story...
