Depends which gear ratios they use top speed is approximately 190-200 km/h (118-125 mph). Correct me if I'm wrong.

Never seen it that high, usually it's 195kph about 120mph, just checked Evans on a stretch on Hafren and saw 185kph

130 mph (210 km/h) is for sure plausible for speed on rpm limiter.

For comparison 121 mph (195 km/h) is top speed of Fabia R5 on rpm limiter.

Remember this from last year at the Rallyfest ?

Never seen anything like that before !

Well at least this year the driver's just came over to the fans and didnt go to the VIP area...

There was also a decent viewing area although I was only there for the Historics and Group B cars...

When I went back it was too packed for a good view of the WRC cars. So I had to settle for a low down view but still a great sound and atmosphere !

In the 2nd run I was at that left hand corner after the long straight towards the end of Hafren. Now comparing different videos... Tšnak arrives at 197kph, exit 185kph. Paddon arrives at 191kph, exit 185kph. Latvala arrived at 198kph, exit speed around 170kph. Evans had 195kph before the corner. I remember in Monte Carlo there was a place where the cars were arriving on RPM limiter too. Quickest was Evans back then (205 or something close), Toyota's had 191kph. It all depends on the gearbox.
