Answer 1. Not a genuine AP4 compliant car. Not eligible for APRC. Withdrawn from use.
Answer 2. The intention of the category, and the way I understand it is being administered in NZ, is that once the first of any particular model was built, all subsequent versions of the same model should be the same. Particularly in the areas of engine and body kit. Most other components are either 'free' or control components. However I cannot find any reference to this intent in the regulations. It may be controlled at the time of initial application to the ASNs.Never do anything you wouldn't want to explain to a paramedic.
