It looks like Ferrari has closed the power gap with cars on row 1 and 2 and Hass on row 3. Merc doesn't match that although they are still P1.

This is my opinion and to the best of my knowledge, that is, if I'm not joking
The question is how much of a difference this non hybrid makes in terms of the rental. Even if it is some 10 % cheaper (doubt it is as much) it does not solve the current WRC issues, at all.
