Do they follow championship order on the first run of shakedown also?

(and i know that it is only a shakedown and that some take it easy and that it has no bearing on the rally proper what so ever etc etc).

No, they drive shakedown random order, first in line starts first. Some drivers may do several runs before someone else does his 1st run.

first run they came by championship order, quite common this year but yeah 2nd and 3rd runs are already quite chaotic, for example, Latvala and Paddon did their 2nd run whilst Tänak already did his 3rd in the same time.

I had sunshine and beautiful weather in Sardegna this year and am happy I'm not in Poland.

I had no issues with Marshalls in Sardegna yet two years in a row Poland all I heard was yelling.

Sardegna has scenic and beautiful stages to photograph even going to them blind without proper Recce. Poland was a struggle for me personally and capturing the land.
