    Loeb tested the car after all 3 other drivers completed their tests. Also he tested in France (check the signs on the vids) on smooth tarmac while the others tested on the actual stages in Germany.

    I see it quite unlikely that the drivers will change their setup found during 2-3 days of testing (each) based on what Loeb found during 1 day in France. For now it was imo more like "development feedback".

    The reverse is true, the stakes are too high for either of them to let the other gain an advantage. Tactically Ogier being just 1 point behind rather than 1 point ahead would be ideal going into gravel day in Spain. However, Ogier will go for the win on day 1 as he knows pressurising Neuville from the start could see him gain a huge psychological advantage by taking back the initiative.
