True, but the main part of the job is negotiating with tracks, sanctioning bodies, etc. and I can't help but wonder if that plays to his strengths. Bernie was a master at it, much to the dismay of the tracks. Brawn may well prove to be just as good, but that remains to be seen.

Brawn's not replacing Bernie. He's "Managing Director of Racing" - his job apparently is to improve the racing. Chase Carey is replacing Bernie.
