No, he didn't get that time back but the time he lost behind him. Who knows, maybe he would be equal or faster to Sordo since he was 1.7 up if it didn't happen so Neuville got nothing for free in this. Use some common sense will you

These are senseless ramblings. You have no idea what you are talking about. There isn't a global motorsport conspiracy against "certain teams".

Now take your pills before you start seeing demons or something.

You are not mechanically minded are you? It doesn't take all the mechanics to change the gearbox.

In fact, they'd be mostly in each other's way.

I'll reserve judgement on the Neuville issue until I get a better idea of what happened.

    Otherwise, an interesting day:
    - Meeke had another incident, I left him out of my pickems expecting a crash or problem with the car, not wishing it but it seems things are not going his way at the moment
    - DMACK don't have an advantage on this rally and so Evans is a bit further back, probably a more realistic place for him
    - Ogier's new Ford seems to have solved most of his problems so it's looking good for the rest of the season, he can win the championship even if he doesn't win another rally this year
    - Breen consistent and relatively quick yet again on stages he hasn't driven before, if he can increase his pace just a bit to be closer to the podium he'll be a wanted driver, maybe not lead driver but definitely strong
    - Neuville slower than expected but it has happened before thisyear, he will probably find some more speed tomorrow
    - Paddon showed good pace for the first time this year, unlucky with car problems
    - Sordo managed to avoid problems and drive well, maybe a bit unnoticed but has good chances for a podium here
    - Latvala had good pace until his strange problem I think he will be in the fight for the championship until close to the end
    - Hyundai and MSport are still the strongest teams, Citroen continues to not be able to get it together and Toyota = Latvala for now at least

For tomorrow it will probably be a 3-way fight between Ogier, Tanak and Neuville for the win, Sordo can fight for a podium and Breen can expect to continue as now.

Portugal - Neuville delay in overtaking Latvala. Does the wrc gps timing system get damaged in roll overs?

Did his stage wins in Argentina not count as good pace? Or sitting 3rd in Mexico before engine problems? People have such short memories.

Just saw the TV footage of Kris's krash.
    So unnecessary and stupid.

He has some serious pulling-himself-together to do for 2018. He can forget this season now and it is his fault at every rally but Corsica.

    Such an utter disappointment.
