Top ten Technical directors of 2016 season
Three senior team bosses were feeling the heat at the end of this 2016 season, namely:-
Paddy Lowe
Pat Symonds
Arrivabene

Not a technical director, but Tazio's favourite race strategist Ruth Buscombe has seen her star rise considerably this year, with successful strategies for Haas early in the season and then being credited with Sauber's recovery to 10th in the constructors' championship.
