Lemes did a WRC event in a Fabia S2000 run by VW Motorsport back in 2011 when they were testing young drivers I believe.

For what I know, the spaniards will have the same rules that ERC drivers. Therefore, it will be only one entry list.

Correct. And he was a top contender in Fiesta JWRC/DMack trophy.
