    You mean Evans I guess, Tanak is driving with Michelins this year. Nobody else in the top category, not sure for the lower classes.

    That is normal, for first super special stage they usually make special starting order to have pairs of crews which they want. Starting order to Friday is quite normal - https://rally-base.com/2017/rally-sw...TimeTypeId=741

    I am talking the same to the FIA for many years (WRC and also ERC). They completely killed shakedown. But they are not listening. They are out of reality...

    Citroen didnt take any advantage, because:

    a) weather was changing, so teams didnt need to use so many studded tyres
    b) both drivers retired during the rally and saved more tyres
